At the outpatient clinic, you come to regular appointments to work on your recovery. These can be therapy sessions with a practitioner, or courses done in groups. Most of our clients are treated in this way.

How does the outpatient clinic work?

- You work on everything surrounding your substance use. From becoming substance-free (detox), to addressing your behavior and patterns.

- Then you'll work on underlying issues if you have them. This is often done in collaboration with other organizations that specialize in this area.

- During your treatment, much attention is paid to how you can safely and securely resume your life. You will make a concise plan at the end of your treatment.

Addiction clinic

Inpatient treatment
If you've already had counseling or therapy, but are still struggeling with addiction, treatment in oe of our clinics might be right for you.  Admission is always voluntary.

How does inpatient treatment work?
In our addiction clinic, treatment not only focuses on quitting the use of drugs and alcohol, but also underlying and related life problems. These could be physical, psychological or social problems.

You work on your recovery both in a group and individually. By adressing your behavior and thought patterns. You learn to build self-confidence and break old habits.

Substance-free
Before entering the clinic, you must first detox. So that you are drug-free and can focus on your recovery. You can detox at home, under supervision, or at the Vossenloo clinic or Bolsterburen clinic. Which option is best suited for you will be decided in your intake interview.

Completion and next steps
It is customary that during your stay you follow several consecutive treatments. You always start with detox. What step is next depends on your personal treatment plan. This could be another department in the clinic, part-time treatment, a residential location or a self-help group. Together we ensure that you can safely and confidently rebuild your life.
